Innate Nonviability Of Principalities

All principalities function with double standards, one for those who are recognized as members of the principality, and another for those who are not. This presents, however, not simply a challenging unfairness in order to further extend the rule of any principality, because if any system seems viable for those who are members and can be justified as such, but is not viable for those who are not, then how can it be affirmed as being humane at all?
